Personal information is information that can potentially identify you as a specific individual.
It includes your name, company name, address, telephone number, email address, location,
and billing information. With the implementation of Europe’s General Data Protection
Regulation (GDPR), this personal information includes both direct and indirect identification
under the Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC.

Some iCube websites and applications offer users the option to register with personal
information in order to authenticate users, verify submitted information, provide support,
and send information to users with their consent through mailing preferences which can be
changed (when offered by each respective site) by following the link in their email.

Technologies
We, and our partners, use cookies and similar technologies to analyze trends, administer
the websites and applications, track users’ movements around the websites and applications,
and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. Users can control the
use of cookies or similar technologies at the individual browser or application level.

Log Files
We use Google Analytics to gather certain information automatically and store it in log files.
This information includes the internet protocol (IP) address, browser type, internet service
provider (ISP), and clickstream data. We do this to improve our services, marketing, analytics,
or site functionality, and to authenticate users. Google assures their compliance with data

We use Meta’s Analytics to gather certain information automatically and store it in log files.
This information includes user name, engagement, demographics, application preformance,
and device information. We do this to improve our services, marketing, analytics, or

The personal information we collect is used by iCube and its service providers to:

Allow access to special services or other features;
Analyze and resolve website and application problems;
Conduct market research and implement marketing strategies;
Send marketing materials, even information, and newsletters;
And respond to customer service requests and help provide technical and product support.

It will also allow users to register for training or conferences, make requests that require a
direct response, and receive newsletters and other publications.

iCube may use the mailing services of third parties that are authorized to use your personal
information only for the benefit of iCube and our affiliates.

Social Media
Our website includes social media features that link to our Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
pages. These social media features and widgets are hosted either by a third party or directly on
our website, and may collect your IP address, your browser type, also the specific page you are
visiting on our website. Your interactions with these social media features are governed by the
privacy policy of the company providing them.

We use an email service provider, myEmma, to send out emails on our behalf on some of our
websites. When you sign up for these sites, we will share your personal information only as
necessary for the third party to provide that service. iCube may also share or publish
non-personal information, such as statistical data that provides information on how our users
are using our programs and how many people are visiting our websites. Our affiliates and
vendors are also committed to protecting personal information as described in their privacy

iCube will disclose your personal information when required to do so by law or in the good
faith belief that such action is necessary to (1) conform to legal requirements, such as to
comply with a subpoena or valid national security or law enforcement requests, or prevent
fraud or imminent harm or, (2) protect and defend the rights or property of iCube.

The profile you create will be publicly accessible unless otherwise indicated. You may change the

Information Shared while Accessing Websites of a Third Party
Our websites often include links to other websites with privacy practices that may differ from
those of iCube. If you submit personal information to any of those websites, your information

newsletters, or promotions about our programs. If you do not wish to receive this information,
you may change your news preferences by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in
the emails you receive.

Upon request iCube will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your
personal information. iCube will permit you to access, correct, or delete your information in our
database by contacting privacy@ttuicube.com or by logging in to your account and making the
appropriate changes. We will respond to all requests for access within a reasonable timeframe.

We will retain the personal information we process on behalf of our users for as long as needed
to provide services to our users, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce
our agreements.

We may change this Privacy Statement or related program specific addendums from time to
time. If and/or when iCube makes changes to this Privacy Statement, the updated version will
be posted in place of this statement. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by
means of an announcement here and on ttuicube.com/privacy prior to the change becoming
effective.
